Turkey - Anzac Day - Lest we Forget

I am in Istanbul, the crossroads of the old world. I have to pinch myself that I am here and it is going to be a very moving 10 days. I have the best son and daughter an old bloke could ever want. A daughter and son in law that are very special to me. 2 terrific grandkids that are adorable. A couple of brothers and their families that I am very proud of. I also have terrific and special friends all over the world. And here I am travelling the planet. All that is missing is my beloved wife, Kerri and son, Darren. Yes, I am having a moment, apologies for being a bit creepy, but I am truly blessed. I will be respecting and honouring those that have gone before us and have special memories of both of my grandfathers and father at Gallipoli on ANZAC Day.
